These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Showdown Symphony website and WooCommerce store (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

1. WooCommerce Store Use

Our website uses WooCommerce to process orders and payments. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete purchase and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

2. Products Offered

We sell:

• Physical products (picture books, plush toys, posters)
• Digital products (downloadable and printable lesson activities)

Products are intended for personal, educational, or classroom use only, subject to the Classroom License (Section 10).

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders due to inventory issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping (Physical Products)

• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control

6. Digital Products

• Digital products are delivered electronically
• Access is granted immediately or via download link
• All digital sales are final once delivery occurs, except where required by law

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including illustrations, text, lesson materials, and branding—is owned by or licensed to Klein Education, LLC and protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share materials except as permitted by the Classroom License.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
